Rick Howes, President and Chief Executive Officer

Rick Howes is a Professional Mining Engineer with over 34 years experience in the mining industry. His extensive industry experience includes progressive technical, operating, management and project roles in many of the largest underground mines and mining companies throughout Canada and, most recently, internationally. Throughout his career, Mr. Howes has been closely associated with the practices that make for world-class mining operations including Inco’s North Mine which won the 2006 Ryan Award as the safest mine in Canada. He is a visionary leader in mining, organizational innovation and transformation to create competitive advantage. Mr. Howes joined DPM in early 2009 as General Manager and Executive Director of the Chelopech mine and, in November 2010, was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In April 2013, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Adrian Goldstone, Executive Vice President, Sustainable Business Development

Adrian Goldstone obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science with honours from the University of Auckland. Over the last 25 years, his career has included periods in government, industry and consulting. Prior to joining Dundee Precious Metals Mr. Goldstone was the Managing Director of Kingett Mitchell Ltd., a diversified resources and environmental consultancy based in New Zealand. Prior to that he was part of the international development group of Colorado based Cyprus Minerals Company. Mr. Goldstone has 20 years of experience in the minerals sector in development and operating projects and in corporate positions and has been involved in minerals projects in Africa, Russia, Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Goldstone is a member of the Council of the New Zealand Minerals Industry Association and a director of Avala Resources Ltd. He is also recognized internationally as an expert on water management and cyanide use in the minerals industry and has given numerous lectures, papers and short courses to industry and other groups. Mr. Goldstone joined DPM in 2006.

Hume Kyle, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Hume Kyle is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from the University of Western Ontario and a Graduate Diploma in accounting from McGill University. Mr. Kyle has over 25 years of private sector and public accounting experience, bringing a broad range of financial expertise and business experience to DPM, including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and reporting, taxation, treasury, risk management and corporate communications. Prior to joining DPM, Mr. Kyle held increasingly senior financial executive positions in a number of large, publicly traded, multinational energy and natural resource businesses. He has also served on a number of corporate and industry boards and has been an active supporter of local organizations, including the United Way. Mr. Kyle was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2011.

David Rae, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

David Rae holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England. Mr. Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Europe and Canada and has held increasingly senior operating and executive roles with international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. He joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Operations in November 2012 and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in May 2014.

Lori E. Beak, Senior Vice President, Investor & Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary

Lori Beak has over 25 years of experience in the financial and resource industries serving in a corporate secretarial capacity to public companies since 1986 including International Corona Resources Ltd., and most recently with Dundee Corporation and Dundee Wealth Management Inc. Ms. Beak was appointed Corporate Secretary of DPM in 2001, Vice President in 2003, assumed responsibility for investor relations in December 2008, and was appointed Senior Vice President in March 2011. She is also a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Michael Dorfman, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Michael Dorfman has more than 10 years of investment banking experience with a focus on the mining sector. Prior to joining DPM, he worked in the investment banking groups of Stonecap Securities (formerly Blackmont Capital), Thomas Weisel Partners (formerly Westwind Partners), and Merrill Lynch Canada. During this time, Mr. Dorfman advised senior management teams on numerous mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing buy and sell side M&A mandates as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions. Mr. Dorfman holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Dorfman joined DPM in April 2011 as Vice President, Corporate Development and was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Development in November 2011.

Richard Gosse, Senior Vice President, Exploration

Richard Gosse brings over 28 years of experience in minerals exploration working for such companies as BHP, Anglo American and Rio Tinto in a number of different commodities. He has extensive experience in intrusive hosted and sediment hosted deposits as well as mesothermal, epithermal and porphyry gold and copper deposits. He has most recently served as Vice President, Exploration with Turquoise Hill Resources (formerly Ivanhoe Mines) and South Gobi Resources. He has successfully led exploration work in a variety of countries in Europe and Asia including Bulgaria, Mongolia, India, China and Indonesia. Mr. Gosse holds a Bachelor of Science in B.Sc. Geology from Queen's University and a Masters in Mineral Exploration from the Royal School of Mines in London. Mr. Gosse joined DPM in January 2013 as Vice President, Exploration and was appointed Senior Vice President, Exploration in April 2013.

Nikolay Hristov, PhD, Senior Vice President , Sustainable Business Development

Nikolay Hristov obtained both a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Mineral Processing from the University of Mining and Geology in Sofia and has completed courses in both Engineering Geo-ecology and International Economic Relations. He also recently completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Chelopech in 2004, Mr. Hristov held positions in mineral processing, research and development. Starting as a metallurgist with DPM, Mr. Hristov moved through a variety of increasingly senior roles before assuming the role of Vice President and General Manager, Chelopech Mine in 2011. Mr. Hristov established a foundation of continuous improvement at the Chelopech mine, overseeing an expansion that doubled the mine’s output. During his tenure as VP and GM for Chelopech, Mr. Hristov played a central role working with a diverse stakeholder group and draws on that experience in his new role as Senior Vice President, Sustainable Business Development effective November 2014.

John Lindsay, PEng, Senior Vice President, Projects

John Lindsay is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in mining and holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland. Most recently, he was Vice-President, Capital Projects Execution with Barrick Gold Corp. Mr. Lindsay has held a variety of senior roles with SNC Lavalin Group Inc., AMEC Americas Limited and De Beers Consolidated Mines Ltd, where his accountabilities included metallurgical design, operations management and oversight and governance of major mining projects. He has served as an executive committee member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Toronto branch. Mr. Lindsay joined DPM in 2014.

Paul Proulx, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services

Paul Proulx obtained his Bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto. Mr. Proulx has over 25 years of experience in a variety of senior management roles. These roles include Group Vice President of Human Resources for an international food company and work with diverse client groups in the public and private sectors while with IBM's Business Transformation Practice. Mr. Proulx also held a variety of senior roles with CanWel Distribution Ltd. including VP Human Resources, VP Corporate Services and Ontario General Manager with Weston Bakeries Ltd., where he worked in both staff and operating roles. Mr. Proulx joined DPM in 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources, and was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, in March 2011.

Jeremy Cooper, Vice President, Commercial Affairs

Jeremy Cooper has over 30 years retail and investment banking experience particularly in the mining sector. Prior to joining DPM, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Deutsche Bank's Mining Finance team which provided advice and finance for mining and smelter clients around the world. Mr. Cooper has been with DPM since the acquisition of the Chelopech mine in September 2003. His accountabilities have included the sales of Chelopech concentrate and coordination of the acquisition of the Kapan mine and the Tsumeb smelter. He was appointed Vice President, Commercial Affairs in May 2010.

Iliya Garkov, PhD, Vice President and General Manager, Bulgaria

Iliya Garkov is a Professional Engineer and holds both a Master of Science and PhD in Mining Engineering from the University of Mining and Geology in Sofia. He also has a Certificate and Diploma in Management from the Open University in Bulgaria and a Master’s degree in Management and Business Excellence from the New Bulgarian University. Dr. Garkov has provided leadership to the company in a variety of capacities. He was promoted to Chelopech Mine Operations Manager in 2008 and to Vice President, Mining in 2011. Mr. Garkov was then appointed General Manager of Kapan and later assumed the role of Vice President and General Manager, Krumovgrad. In November 2014 he was appointed Vice President & General Manager, Bulgaria with accountability for both Chelopech and Krumovgrad.

Hratch Jabrayan, Vice President and General Manager, Dundee Precious Metals Kapan CJSC

Hratch Jabrayan has over 13 years of experience in project management, contract negotiations, and risk analysis and mitigation. Mr. Jabrayan joined DPM in May 2011 as Director of Administration at the Kapan Mine in Armenia. Since joining DPM, Mr. Jabrayan has established DPM as one of the leading investors in the country strengthening our social and political licence. He has successfully leveraged his knowledge of the Armenian language and culture to support DPM's goal of developing local leadership talent within Kapan. Mr. Jabrayan was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Kapan Mine in April 2013.

Brent Johnson, Vice President, Environment

Brent Johnson has over 15 years’ experience working as an environmental professional in the resources sector throughout Africa. His work typically focuses on ensuring environmental, health and social safeguarding in development projects, and involves the identification and mitigation of complex impacts and lowering of risk. Mr. Johnson has a post graduate degree in environmental science from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with South Africa’s Council for Natural Scientific Professions. He joined DPM as the Environmental Manager at DPM Tsumeb in 2010 and was appointed Vice President, Environment in 2014.

Hans Nolte, Vice President and General Manager, Dundee Precious Metals Tsumeb (PTY) Limited

Hans Nolte obtained a chemical engineering degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and has spent more than 25 years in the mining sector, specifically the smelting industry as a metallurgist where his career has included a broad range of general and project management and consulting work. Mr. Nolte began his career as a metallurgist with the Tsumeb Corporation then moved to the Tsumeb Smelter as a superintendent and was eventually promoted to Metallurgical Manager of Tsumeb Corporation (“TCL”). In 1998 Mr. Nolte joined Ongopolo Mining and Processing as the General Manager of Smelters and in 2006 was appointed Managing Director of Smelters. During 2010, DPM acquired the Tsumeb smelter and Mr. Nolte was appointed Vice President and General Manager, Tsumeb smelter in May 2011.

Colin McAnuff, Treasurer

Colin McAnuff is an accomplished financial professional with close to 30 years of experience in finance, treasury, strategic services, planning and analysis. He brings to DPM a broad and diverse set of experiences from various industries including construction equipment, oil and gas production and processing, refrigeration systems and automobile/property insurance. Most recently, Mr. McAnuff worked as the Director of Finance and Treasury for Toromont Industries Ltd., where he was responsible for the management of centralized treasury operations, business acquisitions and dispositions, strategy and corporate finance, debt capital management, equity issuance, enterprise risk management, tax/legal issues, and the management of human capital. He has an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, and has also attained his Certified General Accountant designation. Mr. McAnuff joined DPM in 2013.
