Brumilda Britz joined Dundee Precious Metals in June 2022, and currently serves as the Chairperson for the Human Resources Committee of the Chamber of Mines of Namibia, and as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Namibian Institute of Mining & Technology. She is a seasoned Human Resources professional, who made a significant contribution to the mining industry, having held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Walvis Bay Salt Holdings for the past eleven years. Ms. Britz also held the position of State Prosecutor, at the Ministry of Justice of The Republic of Namibia, for three years. She is accountable for the development and execution of our human resources strategy. Brumilda holds qualifications in law (LLB, BA Law), Human Resources (National Diploma Human Resources) and is currently studying towards a Master of Business Psychology.
